    Nps Question

    NPS (Net Promoter Score) is the ratio of your company’s promoters to your company’s detractors. To find out your company’s NPS, you ask - “How likely is it that you would recommend to a friend/colleague? The response option will be a ‘0 to 10’ point scale ranging from Not at all likely to Extremely likely. Those who choose any point between 0 to 6 are detractors, 7 to 8 are passives and 9 to 10 are promoters.

    Multi choice + Free text

    At times, a researcher may not be able to come up with an exhaustive list of options for a question. In such situations, an open ended text box is provided along with a set of predefined responses. If a respondent in unable to find his/her choice in the list provided, the respondent can use the open end text box provided to type his/her choice.
